TIMOTHY J. AIKEN: Aiken & Scoptur has a reputation as a personal injury trial firm because, first of all, we get so many cases that are extremely difficult that when we take those cases we pretty much know that we're going to be trying that case and so we don't fiddle-faddle around; we get the case filed and we pursue it towards trial.
PAUL J. SCOPTUR: We've tried cases that other lawyers wouldn't try because of fear of losing or fear of putting too much money into it, but here we try cases and we're not afraid to try cases, and as a result of that we get good results for our clients because the insurance companies know that we're not afraid to go to trial.
TIMOTHY J. AIKEN: We feel that every person that comes to Aiken & Scoptur deserves either Aiken or Scoptur, and that's who they hire and that's who they get. So our prime advantage to the injured person is they get one of the two premier lawyers in a premier firm and we don't hand those cases down to others.

PAUL J. SCOPTUR: Our specialty is plaintiff's personal injury litigation. People find all kinds of different ways to get hurt and we've represented people probably in all those different ways in terms of trying to help them get their lives back together.
