On February 28, 2006, the FDA issued an alert of a nationwide recall of Cefazolin, an antibiotic, which is used in hospitals. The lots are: Sandoz product - C4650, C4537; Watson product - C4689, C4665. They were distributed by Sandoz, Inc. of Broomfield, CO and Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. of Corona, CA.
