Paul Scoptur has again been selected as a Wisconsin SuperLawyer and one of the Best Lawyers In America for 2007. Paul has also been busy helping his clients. He recently tried a medical malpractice case in Wausau and obtained a $602,000 verdict in a case where the insurance company made no attempt to settle the case. There was no appeal.

In a case involving a fall from a ladder, Paul obtained a $1,350,000 settlement several weeks before trial for a Pennsylvania man who was hurt on a job site.

Paul has also settled several cases involving nursing home neglect for confidential amounts. He previously settled a nursing home neglect case for $525,000 and a group home sexual abuse case for $800,000.
