James P. Scoptur

Having worked at Aiken & Scoptur as a paralegal for many years before becoming an attorney, I have the experience to hit the ground running, due to a good working knowledge of how the firm represents their clients.

As an avid cyclist, and having had more than my fair share of near misses, I am especially interested in helping cyclists injured by careless drivers. Aiken & Scoptur is sponsoring a team of cyclists and I look forward to riding with them and promoting what I, and my firm, can do to protect the rights of all cyclists on the road.

I am excited to continue my career with Aiken & Scoptur and to help those that need our help when they are injured through no fault of their own.
